1. SIGN UP FOR A ONE-ON-ONE INTRO SESSION
- Attend any THURSDAY CrossFit class for free. Schedule your first free session here.
- OR you can contact us at email@example.com or call (860.319.9591) to schedule your one-on-one consultation. We will accommodate you as best as possible to fit YOUR schedule.
- Consultation cost -$20. For a limited time this session will be FREE.
2. SCHEDULE YOUR FUNDAMENTAL SESSIONS
- Attend your one-hour consultation with one of our trainers. During this consultation we will sit down with you, discuss your goals, and what you are looking to get out of joining us.
- We will then go through a fitness evaluation.
- Based on the evaluation we will recommend 2-4 additional fundamental sessions to be scheduled best fitting your busy life.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS $155
- Includes four 1-hour personal training sessions
- We can prorate any unused sessions if determining in the consult that less than 4 are needed.
