Get started in 2 easy steps:
1. Sign up for a one-on-one consultation
- Contact us by using the quick form below or call to schedule your one-on-one consultation. We will accommodate you as best as possible to fit YOUR schedule.
- Consultation cost -$20. For a limited time this one-hour session will be FREE.
2. Schedule your remaining fundamental sessions
- Attend your one-hour consultation with one of our trainers. During this consultation we will sit down with you, discuss your goals, and what you are looking to get out of joining us.
- We will then go through a fitness evaluation.
- Based on the evaluation we will recommend 2-4 additional fundamental sessions to be scheduled best fitting your busy life.

- We can prorate any unused sessions if determining in the consult that less than 4 are needed.
